Located in the centre of the Wirral, BiEN Hair & Beauty has been serving the local community from our Salon's since 1995. Founded by three sisters, BiEN Hair & Beauty started out as a small business and we’ve grown our loyal customer base organically. Now with 3 Salons based in Upton and Irby.
We strive to create lasting relationships with our customers and do everything possible to cater to their needs. With all our staff having a minimum of 10 years experience and Directors over 25 years experience each, using the very latest techniques and products and specialising in precision cutting and colouring, you know you will always be the good hands. your wish is our command! BIEN SALON COVID UPDATE
BIEN SALONS ARE ABLE TO OFFER APPOINTMENTS 7 DAYS A WEEK, BY APPOINTMENT.
Since the return to work during the COVID crisis, BiEN has taken the opportunity to open 7 days a week, by appointment.
Walk in appointments are now possible, but we would prefer you to book an appointment and arrive on time, that way we can maintain as much social distancing as possible while they are in the salon. The health and well being of both our clients and staff are of the utmost concern.
BiEN are kindly asking that you help us reassure both our staff and clients that we are doing as much as possible to keep our Salons COID SECURE. Our staff will gladly wear face masks where clients would prefer, but these are no longer mandatory.
Additionally, our Salons will remain well ventilated with windows and doors open as much. Space between our clients will remain well spaced out and our staff will continue to carry out the enhanced cleaning, including washing hands regularly and sanitising workstations and tools between clients.
We are asking all our clients to support these COVID measures to ensure that everyone remains as safe as possible.
Bien will review the requirements as and when government advice changes and we feel cases are at a reduced rate to not increase the risk to our clients or staff.
